Session I
11:40 am Registration and Check-In (Leotards will be distributed at this time)
12:00 pm Open Stretch
12:30 – 4:00 pm Workout
** This session will be for teams traveling from out-of-state and Texas teams from farther away
4:00 – 5:00 pm Catered Meal and Round table Discussion for College and Club Coaches
Session 2
4:40 pm Registration and Check-In (Leotards will be distributed at this time)
5:00 pm Open Stretch
5:30 – 9:00 pm Workout
** This session will be for local Dallas teams and closer Texas teams
Athlete and Coaches Information:
« Workout will be made up of six-35 minute rotations which will include vault, bars, beam, floor, tumbling, and a college recruiting seminar for athletes
« WOGA-Frisco is a state-of-the-art training facility which will provides resi and pit landings for all events, except no resi for bars
« There is limited observation seating for parents and family
« Leotards are GK razor back.
« Runner’s numbers will be provided for easy identification for college coaches
« Get ready for a wonderful experience and show why Region III has amazing athletes!
